MultiSorter
Multisorter is a standard solution for fully automatic feeding of unsorted details. The details are fed into systems where they are separated and fed forward to the robot that picks, using the vision system that is fully integrated in the control and guides the robot. Details with incorrect placement are fed back into the system through automatic refeed. The vision system can also monitor the quality of the details.
To prevent details from overlapping the robot feed, the solution includes a built-in control. MultiSorter also features an integrated emptying function for quick and easy product changeovers.
Built on a portable, stable steel frame, the entire setup comes fully integrated and pre-mounted. This allows for fast and efficient installation and commissioning at the customer’s site.
A wide range of add-ons can be combined with the setup — including belt conveyors, measuring boxes, washing equipment, handling stations, labeling systems, and more.
